Estimate: $775,000-$800,000

Trades: Masonry Contractor, General Contractor GC

Provide exterior masonry envelope and chimney stabilization. Provide shoring and stabilization of exterior site retaining walls. Barricade and restrict access to exterior site stairs. Provide repairs to exterior concrete sidewalks. Repair exterior stair railings. Work at the site shall be started within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance of written authorization to proceed and shall achieve substantial completion of the project no later than October 28, 2022. Bonds required.
