FCSS is seeking a licensed contractor proposer to provide the demolition and replacement of one fire escape window in each classroom for a total of 33 units in sizes that vary from 31 inches to 48 inches wide by 80 inches high. Scope of Work: Provide supervision, material, labor, equipment, and other incidental items of cost to complete the following: • Furnish and install aluminum-framed egress windows and glazing as specified. • Furnish and install Break metal cladding as required where applicable. • Caulk interior and exterior perimeter of new windows • Touch up interior paint as required where applicable. • Debris removal and disposal, including dumpster fee for debris of this scope of work.
