The Work consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC systems serving the natatorium locker rooms. The existing energy recovery and associated exhaust fans shall be removed. Install a new split dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) with an energy recovery component. Exhaust fan shall be integral to DOAS. Add a new condensing unit at grade to interface with the DOAS unit on the roof. Refrigerant piping shall be routed between each component. A new concrete housekeeping pad shall be provided for the grade mounted condensing unit with new fencing, remove and replace ceilings as required to accommodate the mechanical systems.
