The Dysart Unified School District No. 89 wishes to contract for West Point Elementary School Roof Replacement. The scope of work inculdes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing at West Point Elementary School which includes all new flashing, remove and replace existing parapet caps and at the Standing Seam roof system remove and replace all flashing at the masonry wall terminations. Substantial completion is 120 days from Notice to Proceed and final completion is 30 days from substantial completion. Deadline for questions is November 5, 2021 by 5:00pm.
