The project consists of placement of bituminous concrete pavement and road improvements and rehabilitation. The contract contains price adjustment for hot mix asphalt mixtures. The bid price provided for hot mix asphalt mixtures shall be based on the cost of asphalt cement of $495.00/liquid ton as set by MASSDOT (New method) for the month of December 2020. All work will be performed on DCR properties within Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Middlesex and Worcester counties.
