The identified portion of the Library had a tree hit the building damaging the parapet wall and holes punched thru the thermoplastic membrane (PVC), rigid insulation and plywood deck. Contractor shall supply all material and labor repair/replace approximately 500 sq feet area to address all temporary patches, cut out damaged rigid insulation areas to install new metal plate over damage plywood, re insulate and install new roof membrane to match existing. Remove approximately 24 linear feet of parapet wall back to stable material and reinstall new block, brick, and associated flashing and blocking to match existing construction.
