The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders for the Whitcomb Court Boiler Replacement for Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA). Work will not start until Spring of 2022. Remove existing heating hot water boilers and associated appurtenances; Installation of heating hot water boilers and associated appurtenances; and Upgrades and additions to existing electrical system in the boiler rooms. The work will be completed in three (3) phases. SBE goal 30%.
