The project consists of the replacement of the roof at the ssu whiting hall. This replacement shall include the demolition and removal of The existing roof ballast, metal flashings, copings and secondary roof ladder access. New work includes the installation of a new roof Ladder and roof access, new roof assembly (insulation & built-up membrane), associated flashings, and parapet copings. Repairs or Improvements to stormwater management leaders and roof access are also included in the scope of this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent of the Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
