Renovations: Granite School District is requesting the services of a General Contractor to perform a security remodel at William Penn Elementary School, 1670 Siggard Drive, Millcreek, Utah. This includes items such as: x Demolition of existing storefront, flooring materials, and miscellaneous electrical system components. x Selective demolition of portions of walls, millwork, ceilings, and other systems as required to complete the work. x New concrete foundation and structural steel frame. x New exterior building envelope including walls and roof. x New storefront, security doors, card access, and security access wire pulled to designated existing exterior doors. x Interior remodel of the front office area. x New carpeting, doors and hardware, millwork and paint. x Modification of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, security, and fire alarm systems to suit re-configured spaces. Bonds required.
