The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the major work noted below in addition to other bid items identified in this contract: Selective site demolition of hardscapes and pavement systems.Tree preservation and maintenance. Grading and excavations. Civil storm water system renovations and additions.Landscape drainage systems .Site electrical and lighting upgrades and additions .Site potable water supply system upgrades.Vehicular concrete pavement construction.Pedestrian concrete pavement construction.Concrete foundations, walls and stair systems .Existing water feature upgrades and renovations. Waterproofing systems .Masonry pavement (granite paver, granite curb) construction Masonry vertical (CMU, granite facades) construction Masonry restoration.Metal and glass railing systems Landscape irrigation.Landscape soil preparation and topsoil.Landscape plantings and accessories.Site furniture provision/installation.The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed in the following location in the City of Irving: Williams Square Plaza – 5221 North O’Connor Blvd., Irving, Texas.Q&A due by 5PM.
