The Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District (“Basin Recreation” or the “District”) is requesting proposals (the “Proposal(s)”) from qualified business entities (the “Proposer(s)”) to construct the Willow Creek Park Pond Improvement Project (the “Project”), which includes, but is not limited to: site preparation, grading and earthwork, existing pond liner removal and new liner installation, landscaping, fencing, plumbing and irrigation system connections, and floating dock construction and installation. The Technical Specifications and Required Pricing Form are attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B respectively. Also incorporated herein are the attached stamped Engineering Plans (together and collectively with all exhibits and attachments, the “RFP”). Bonds required.
