The project consists of: Diverse site work including clearing, grading, utilities, paving, and the construction of an outdoor amphitheater with covered stage. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Managemant and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibilty and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contracctor Update Statement (Form CQ 3). Filed sub bids will be received until January 27, 2022 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry and Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM cecrtified for the trades listed and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub Bidder's Update Statement. M/WBE (MBE/WBE) goal is 10.4%.
