The purpose of this project is to install approximately 90 lft of 1x6 Treated picket fence and surface preparation. The contractor must measure the area to be fenced for a better bid accurate. Work shall include but not limited to demolition and removal any obstacles that impeding wood fence installation. Provide Labor Only, tools, supervision and all other work to perform this project. LMH will provide all necessary materials to perform this work. Installation will be specified by Municipal Housing at the property mentioned. Contractor shall provide a portable toilet and trash dumpster/dump truck at the job site prior to starting the project. The City of Laredo has established a 5% local vendor preference.
