Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) desires to obtain services from a skilled and qualified CONTRACTOR for water main infrastructure improvements for increased fire flow capacity in the Work Drive commercial/industrial area bounded by Hansen Street, to Hunter Street, and Old Metro Parkway to Work Drive. The work shall consist of adding water mains with larger pipe, improving water main looping and interconnections along with the abandonment of existing water mains and 6"AC water main along Old Metro Parkway.
