Project consists of Construction of a new 8 lane 400m running track with a support building to include restrooms, concession, and storage. In addition to the running track and support building, project will include sports lighting, aluminum bleachers, concrete sidewalks, fencing, and site utilities. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
