This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to replace air conditioning units per the specifications provided by Capital Improvements Division. If Bid is $200,000 or over, this Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (in the form of, at Bidder's option, cashier's check, certified check, money order or Bid Bond in favor of the County) in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the bid price, see Section 5.2.2 of the Instructions to Bidders of the Annual Contract for detailed requirements regarding Bid Security. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
