There are three different roofs for this project. The work will be completed on the roofs in this order. Solids Building Roof, GBT Building Roof, Stores Building Roof Remove existing roofing assembly down to the concrete deck. Inspect, clean, and prepare concrete deck for fully-adhered code-compliant insulation package. Furnish and install insulation package with low-rising foam with 2-layers of insulation and staggered joints. Crickets need to be installed to eliminate ponding water between drains. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
