The City of Holly Hill, Florida, is requesting proposals from experienced contractor(s) for Replacement of traveling bridge filter including replacement of: two (2) traveling bridges; filter media; perforated pipe under drains; two (2) backwash pumps and associated suction piping; two (2) backwash hoods; two (2) washwater pumps and associated discharge piping; two (2) backwash waste troughs; two (2) festoon wire systems and supports; two (2) influent chamber drain plug valves; two (2) slide gates; two (2) concrete wall additions. Work also includes: miscellaneous concrete repair and coating of the existing structure; associated electrical and instrumentation upgrades including new conduit, wire, two (2) local control panels, MCC upgrades and related appurtenances. The Contractor agrees that the work shall be started not later than the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed and that the total work shall be substantially completed within 270 days and final completion within 30 days of substantial completion.
