Provide and install a high efficiency electric, ductless, 3 zone mini-split heat pump system including units, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and drainage; Upgrade electrical panel to 200 amps. Rewire porch light, install new porch light and electrical receptacle on porch, enclose existing and new wiring on porch in conduit. Weatherize (caulk windows; weather strip doors; door sweeps, as needed).
