ST0980: Complete Higley Road improvements from ΒΌ mile south of Riggs Road to south of Stacey Road to major arterial standards including dual left turn lanes. Project to include new roadway, streetlights, sidewalks and landscaping. TS1620: Construction of a minor arterial traffic signal at the intersection of Higley Road and Coldwater Boulevard and connection to the signal system. Construction of intersection ramps to comply with Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG)
