Seeking statements of qualifications from qualified, licensed firms interested in providing professional services for a qualified engineering consultant to prepare full construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for streetscape improvements within the Downtown Are. The project consists of: - Verde River Drive: From Avenue of the Fountains to Palisades Boulevard - Parkview Avenue: From La Montana Drive to Saguaro Boulevard The improvements will enhance walkability, accessibility, and visual appeal in support of the Town's Downtown Visioning efforts. This project will build upon prior conceptual design work. General Requirements - All work must comply with Town of Fountain Hills Engineering Standards, MAG Uniform Standard Details and Specifications, ADA/PROWAG. - Consultant shall carry appropriate professional liability insurance and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - The project will be managed under a standard Town Professional Services Agreement.
