The District currently has 32 OPTEC brand Marquees model # OPD-CV-20-RGB 48x96. The District owns these Marquees as well as the associated software required to operate them. The District has standardized this Marquee throughout our schools. We require Service, Repair, Replacement, and Parts for this specific Brand. Along with repairs, the District requires the ability to fully replace any old Marquees with a new OPTEC brand model that fits the current District Standard and works with the associated software owned by the District. The new replacement model is OPTEC INF-20-RGB 48X96- the 2022 version of the model we currently own at our schools. Bidder shall include a listing of ANY other costs that may be charged to the District. The District will not be responsible for any charges that are not identified within the Bid. Initial contract term shall be from July 1st, 2025 through June 30, 2026 with an option to renew for up to 4 (four) additional 1 (one) year terms. Bonds required.
