Complete removal and reconstruction of AP for Edison Ave. The existing asphalt varie3s from 17ft to 24 ft in width. There is currently no edge treatment along the length of Edison. There are curb returns at 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sts. All of ramps at 2nd, 3rd & 4th Sts will have to be reconstructed to meet the current Ada requirements using MAG Standard 236-1. Edison will be reconstructed on an alignment that uses the southern lip of curb. Locating the street at this location will maintain the existing clearance between the edge of pavement and existing power poles. Object markers will be added to the east and west sides of the power poles, (with AP’s approval). Signing and striping as necessary including hydrant markers. Also work on Roosevelt and Eason Aves. Bonds required.
