Description

The Project consists of providing the following services: Civil site improvements (parks, playgrounds, landscaping, etc.); earthwork and dust stabilization; grading and drainage; storm drain systems; drainage structures; water, sewer, electrical, fiber, and other underground utility and infrastructure work; electrical service, lighting, and other power needs; concrete paving and flatwork; right-of-way and roadway improvements, asphalt overlay and pavement rehabilitation; signage and striping; traffic control and traffic signals; walls, retaining walls, fence and gate installation and repairs; A.D.A. retrofit work; structures and/or facilities incidental to the overall project; xeriscape conversion, new landscaping and/or restoration of associated landscaping, including all associated hardscape elements, and irrigation; artwork; and any other civil infrastructure improvements located within Citys limits of incorporation. The City may award multiple contracts under this procurement, with up to five (5) qualified contractor(s) being awarded contracts. This JOC Contract will have an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) one-year extensions available at the Citys sole discretion.
