It is the Districts intent to contract with an Engineering Firm which will serve as District Engineer provide complete professional services necessary to research, assess, plan, locate, design and administer the construction and improvement district activities necessary to construct roadway improvements on Front St from N. Alamo Ave to N. Virgin Acres Blvd within the District boundaries in the Beaver Dam, Littlefield area in northern Arizona area.
