Description
The Casa Grande Elementary School District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Custodial Cleaning Services for District facilities. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through the Districts procurement portal at https://cgesd.bonfirehub.com no later than June 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST, at which time the names of responding firms will be shared publicly. CGESD desires to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide custodial cleaning services at the following three sites: 1) Ocotillo Annex (specifically the offices of Technology, Facility, and Nutrition Services) located at 501 S. Florence Street, Casa Grande *5,501 square feet 2) District Administration Building located at 220 W. Kortsen Rd, Casa Grande *15,475 square feet 3) Transportation Services located on same property as District Administration Building *2,969 square feet
