Description
The Town is issuing one solicitation for both services. Proposers will be asked to provide a single proposal, and to interview as a team. The Town intends to enter into two separate contracts as per standard CMAR delivery: one with the Architect, and one with the CMAR. The Scopes of Work for both Architect and CMAR. The Architect will provide the services under the direction of a Registered Professional Architect within the State of Arizona in the appropriate discipline. The design, drawings and specifications shall be certified and stamped by a registered professional in the State of Arizona and be provided in both written and electronic format.
