The proposed project is located in Yavapai County, on SR-96 at the Santa Maria River Bridge. The work consists of removing and replacing the existing bridge. Additional work includes asphaltic concrete pavement replacement, hot applied chip seal coat with fog coat application, cattle guard replacement, guardrail replacement, pavement marking, and other related work.

Bridge replacement work consists of the removal of an existing 24 long, single-lane timber bridge and the installation of a 28-1 span, 9-6 rise, and 28 long steel structural plate arch with welded wire headwalls. Additional work includes embankment construction with mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall, realignment of 550 feet of approach road, installation of a 24 diameter CMP culvert, installation of guardrails, reconstruction of stream channel, and obliteration of the existing approach road.

County is seeking to establish a blanket agreement with a contractor to provide as-needed roofing services for income eligible households located in unincorporated Pima County, and the Towns of Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and the City of South Tucson. Contracted roofing jobs will be on privately-owned eligible residential housing. Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that installed materials and equipment warranty paperwork/forms are given to the homeowner, as well as secure documentation to provide to County, ensuring that the homeowner received warranty paperwork/forms. County will provide forms for Contractor to document what warranty or warranties were provided to homeowner. Contractor is not responsible for submitting on homeowners behalf, but only to ensure that they were provided

This is to establish a two-year contract, with three one-year renewal options, for the inspection, service, testing, certification, and repair of City-owned elevators and lifts.

This is a continuing, multi-year inspection and assessment program during which the City plans to inspect and assess the condition of water transmission mains of varying material types throughout the conveyance system. The City has approximately 140 miles of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) mains and over 230 miles of reinforced concrete pipe, cast iron pipe, concrete cylinder pipe, ductile iron pipe, steel and other material types of water transmission mains with diameters of 16 to 108 inches, inclusive. The City has developed an integrated inspection prioritization plan that considers factors such as installation age, contiguous alignment, break history, and critical customers for inspection and assessment. The selected consulting team will review and build on this plan to provide ongoing program management. The contract duration will be for five years.

The purpose of this solicitation is to create a contract for the treatment and maintenance of the cooling towers and closed loop systems in the District. The Districts objective is to maintain all systems and ensure optimal operating condition, minimizing downtime caused by scaling, algae growth, or related maintenance activities. The services provided under this contract shall include all necessary labor and chemicals to effectively prevent the development of all forms of algae. The contractor must also be prepared to implement alternative treatment solutions if existing biocides prove ineffective due to resistance or changing conditions.

This will result in a non-personal services contract. The fencing for each home must be in accordance with the specifications herein and at locations as directed by the Community's representative. Each home will have approximately 400 Linear Feet of chain link fencing, either an 18 20 or 23 wide double swing gate, where applicable, and a 4 wide single swing gate.
