Purpose of this proposal is to establish a term contract with a qualified group of companies to provide landscape services to residences of Tempe. For landscape maintenance services are limited to basic upkeep to include mowing of turf, removal or spraying of weeds, and raking/blowing of landscape debris/leaves from the property.

237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. This project involves multi-modal safety and pavement improvements across 12.7 miles of the North Rim Road and Scenic Routes.

Construction to improve the exterior areas of the building to provide better access, lighting, signage and required American with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades. Scope of work includes mitigating drainage issues in the courtyard, play area and around the building. Engineers estimate does not include the addition of playground and shade structure replacement which should be included in this bid.

The City of Buckeye is seeking Bids from qualified contractors for the Central Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) Basin A and Effluent Station Rehabilitation project. The City of Buckeye Water Resources Department is conducting rehabilitation of its 1.5-million-gallon (MG) wastewater treatment Basin A located at its Central Beloat Wastewater Reclamations Facility (WRF) located at 915 South 7th Street Buckeye, Arizona 85326.

The work consists of widening Camelback Road and constructing raised medians. The work includes grading, excavation, embankment, concrete and asphalt concrete paving, drainage scuppers, landscaping, irrigation, pavement markings, signs, traffic signals, street lighting, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and other related work.

To establish contracts for analytical testing of water, wastewater, solid wastes, and special projects for: nutrients, biologicals, metals, non-metals, organics, aquatic toxicity and radio chemicals with qualified licensed environmental laboratories.

Addition of a southbound right-turn lane, along with a bus pullout located on the departure side of the intersection at 59th Avenue and Northern Avenue.

This federally funded project will install a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) at the intersection of 32nd Street and Windsor, and provide additional lighting as needed along Thomas Road from 32nd Street to 30th Street and along 32nd Street from Thomas Road to Earl Drive.

The City may award multiple contracts under this procurement, with up to five (5) qualified contractor(s) being awarded contracts. This JOC Contract will have an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) one-year extensions available at the Citys sole discretion.

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain Bids from licensed General Contractors to complete new construction of the Coconino County Joint Operations Center and Storage Building Project, demolition of an existing pre-engineered metal building, and all related civil, site and utility construction

The Kyrene Branch and Highline Canal Shared Use Paths project is located along a portion of the Kyrene Branch Canal and Highline Canal. A 0.9-mile path along the Kyrene Branch Canal and a 0.25-mile path along the Highline Canal will connect to existing concrete paths in the City of Tempe. Bike lanes will also be added on Orchid Lane and 54th Street. The project improvements include concrete shared-use paths, lighting, landscaping and irrigation, wayfinding signage, signalized crossing, and pavement marking improvements.

The City of Maricopa is seeking a firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) Services for the Civic Center Iconic Park CIP project, located on a 58 acre city owned parcel adjacent to Maricopa Civic Center (39700 West Civic Center Plaza, Maricopa AZ 85138). The project will include an inclusive destination playground, a 3.5-acre lake for irrigation w/ pump enclosure, a fishing dock, a destination recirculated splash pad, an amphitheater with a 5.1-acre great lawn, pump track, GFRC themed boulder entry zone, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, dog park, maintenance yard, water harvesting landscape features, picnic areas, parking areas, hard surface and soft-surface pedestrian paths, interpretive art elements, food truck zone, and coordination for future retail pads. Architectural features include, but are not limited to: a major integrated shade structure over the destination playground, large-group ramadas, medium-group ramadas, standard-sized ramadas, community center with event space, custom shade structures, and zip-line elements. The large-scale shade structure over the destination playground may feature video-board integrated technology. Civil infrastructure includes, but is not limited to: large scale earthwork, grading, drainage and stormwater conveyance systems, bridge over West Bowlin Road, underground utilities (including wet and dry utilities), internal roadways, parking facilities, pedestrian circulation networks, and lake infrastructure. The civil work includes construction of integrated arroyos, detention and retention features, water harvesting systems, lake area, and specialty paving.

The City of Mesa is soliciting Request for Proposal responses from qualified and experienced Ice Rink Management Companies to provide the equipment for, turnkey installation and removal of, and professional support for a custom oval holiday-season real-ice rink venue approximately 72 x 106 (about 6,005 square feet) to be staged at The Plaza @ Mesa City Center, as detailed herein.

The City of Avondale is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed firms interested in providing professional services consisting of Family Bridge Housing Operations and Maintenance Services. The Contractor shall maintain the property in a safe, sanitary, functional, habitable, and operational condition suitable for continuous residential use. The Contractor shall also perform the work in a manner that supports, but does not replace, the work of the City and the program services provider.

The City of Prescott is looking to improve existing drainage within the Yavapai Hills Subdivision. The project generally consists of drainage improvements, grading of an existing drainage channel to increase flow capacity to new drop inlet headwall structures, installation of new 36-inch and 42-inch storm drain pipe, related utility relocations, including a new water service connection and a temporary fly line, fire hydrant relocation, removal and replacement of existing landscaping. Removal and replacement of curb and gutter, spandrel, and asphalt, construction of new catch basins, and installation of 9-inch and 18-inch Rip Rap.

Seeking Statements from qualified professional architecture/engineering firms to be considered for a design services, and potentially administration and inspection services, for Estrella Parkway and MC85 Intersection Improvements.

This is an invitation for bids for the removal of existing pavement and failed subgrade, and installation of new geogrid, aggregate base course, and asphalt. It is the Contractors responsibility to purchase all necessary materials to complete this project.
