The Town is issuing one solicitation for both services. Proposers will be asked to provide a single proposal, and to interview as a team. The Town intends to enter into two separate contracts as per standard CMAR delivery: one with the Architect, and one with the CMAR. The Scopes of Work for both Architect and CMAR. Prop 411 funded mill and fill project to resurface streets and construct curb access ramps in the Tucson Heights and Highland Park Addition neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are bounded on the west by Oracle Rd, on the east by Euclid Avenue, to the north by Grant Road, and to the south by Speedway Blvd. This project is estimated to have 319 curb access ramps, 32 speed humps, 1 speed table, and approximately 282,403 SY of mill and fill using 2" of PAG Mix #2 (LV) with PG 76-22TR+ binder. 4% SBE

The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional engineering and surveying services related to the roadway improvements along McCartney Rd from Trekell to I-10 in the City of Casa Grande, AZ.

The Citys trail system is progressing through its development in both public and private projects to create a continuous trail from north to south across the city along the Agua Fria River. A key component for the trail systems development is a crossing across an ADOT drainage channel between the citys Friendship Park and Interstate 10. The city is currently working with Michael Baker International on design of a pedestrian bridge at this key location. Design is currently scheduled to be completed to 60% in June 2026.

Gila County is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed electrical contractors to perform a comprehensive electrical modernization of the historic Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat (PVVR) residence in Young, Arizona. The work shall bring the structure into full compliance with the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC), Arizona Electrical Code, and applicable historic preservation guidelines. The home will serve as short-term residential accommodations for veterans and shall reflect the highest standards of safety, comfort, and aesthetic care.

Gila County is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed contractors to procure, deliver, install, and perform electrical and gas integration, testing, and commissioning of five (5) new propane standby backup generators across five separate structures located at the Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat in Young, Arizona.

The City of Buckeye is looking for a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Construction Manager at Risk Valencia System Water Mains Upgrade project. The project is located within the Valencia Subdivision between Apache Road to Miller Road and Maricopa Road to Baseline Road in Buckeye, Arizona. The project will be completed in two phases: Phase I: Pressure Reducing Valve; Phase II: Valencia Water Main Replacement The construction of the Water Main Replacements.

The proposed project is located in Maricopa County on SR 85 south of Gila Bend between milepost 4.39 and milepost 6.02. The work consists of drainage improvement by extending existing Concrete Box Culverts (CBC) up to the Clear Zone at five locations within the project limits. The work also includes replacing existing pavement, removing existing guardrail and replacing existing fence, placing riprap, pavement marking and other related work.

The southern half of the concrete apron at Phoenix Goodyear Airport was originally constructed in the 1940s, when the facility operated as a military base. Pavement thickness across this area varies significantly, ranging from approximately 9 inches to more than 20 inches. The pavement has now exceeded its useful service life and is generating foreign object debris concerns for airport operations. Additionally, drainage issues will be addressed as part of the project. Reconstruction of this area will be completed in multiple phases, contingent on available grant funding.

The proposed work is located in Santa Cruz County on SR82 between mileposts 12.30 and 19.00 between Patagonia Lake Road and Patagonia. The proposed work consists of milling and placing a hot applied chip seal coat, followed by applying micro-surfacing. The project also includes spot repair work by milling and replacing with asphaltic concrete. Additional work includes replacing pavement markings and other miscellaneous work.
