The City is seeking to prequalify vertical transportation contractors to perform replacement and, modernization of escalators at 450 N. Crescent Drive Parking Structure. Projects includes replacement and In-Truss modernization of damaged escalators.The work also includes replacement of glass balustrades and stainless-steel cladding at surrounding walls and ceilings. Shop drawings are available for glass balustrade and stainless-steel cladding, and the vertical transportation contractor will be the prime contractor for this project. Bonds required.
