LOCATED AT THE FOLLOWING MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: 1) Sheriff Office Regional Dispatch and Training Facility (SORDTF) 15434 State Hwy 49, Nevada City, Ca. 2) Nevada City Courthouse, 201 Church St, Nevada City, Ca 3) Truckee Library, 10031 Levone Ave, Truckee, Ca The work to be performed includes the following: Provide labor and materials to replace the existing roof surfaces on the SORDTF, Nevada City Court House, and the Truckee Library according to the specifications for these projects. SORDTF includes replacement of Singler Ply roofing and removal and replacement of the solar panels, new coping cap and roof drains. Nevada City Courthouse includes removal of existing roofing, some non-friable asbestos roofing mastic abatement, insulation removal, removal of rec yard fencing, installation of new single ply roofing on the flat roofs, coping caps, roof drains and some standing seam metal roofing. Truckee Library includes remove and replace composition shingles and rain gutters. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractor will be required to possess a C-39 (Roofing) and C-46 (Solar) license, or a C-39 license with a C-46 Sub-Contractor’s license at the time the bid is submitted. Project Estimate: SORDF - $750,000.00 Courthouse - $1,120,00.00 Truckee Library - $84,500 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
