The WORK of this Contract comprises the construction of the following: • Site work improvements including trenching, excavation, and backfill; • Removal of unsuitable materials; • Installation and compaction of suitable materials; • Installation of conduits; see drawing MV-C109 for approximate lengths; • Removal, installation, and repair or resurfacing of asphalt pavement surfaces; • Grounding grid improvements; • Installation of pre-fabricated vault and boxes; • Concrete foundation installation for switchgear and control enclosure (SCE). The appropriate contractors’ license for the Work to be performed (P.C.C. §3300), which the DISTRICT has determined to include: A-General Engineering. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
