The work generally includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, fuel, tools, transportation, and services necessary to perform both routine quarterly and annual preventative maintenance, as well as unscheduled maintenance, repairs, replacements, retrofits, and adjustments. These services are required to maintain pumps, motors, and related mechanical and electrical power and control systems, and to provide inspections, testing, and emergency response for the CITY’s three largest sewer lift stations: Main Beach, Laguna SOCWA, and Bluebird SOCWA. Additionally, the Contractor must be able to respond to emergency maintenance or repair items for any of the CITY-wide lift stations within two (2) hours, and within forty-eight (48) hours for non-emergency maintenance or repair items.
