The work to be constructed hereunder generally consists of sewer lift station improvements at the exiting sewer lift station located on the south side of Briarwood Drive in the City of Brea. Works of Improvement include, but are not limited to, mobilization, pavement removals and disposal, removal and replacement of existing sewer pumps, systems, controls, and panels, curb and gutter removal and reconstruction, installation of new 6” PVC SDR26 sewer force main with all fittings and appurtenances, bedding, slurry backfill, AC sawcut, trench AC base and cap, existing sewer manhole rehabilitation, pipe connections, landscape and irrigation removal, replacement, and restoration, electrical conduits and wiring, pull boxes, abandonment of existing 4” force main, 4” PCC Pad, light standard, 1” cooper water service, installation of new water meter and connection, backflow device and hose bib, 6’ wrought iron fence with gate and footings, coordination with City, traffic control, potholing, waste disposal, and BMPs and all improvements required to complete the Project as shown on the Plans, and as included in these Specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
