Including concrete foundations, existing asphalt planter curbs, Remove dirt to a depth of 5", compact 95%, and back fill with 5" of recycled asphalt (also to be compacted to 95%), Ensure that the existing drainage patterns remain the same. The surface area must be drained to the existing surface drain, Shut off power to the building, disconnect leads from the main panel and from the in building distribution panel. Remove all leads. Cap existing sewer line, and Excavate and locate the existing building water shut valve. replace and cap if defaced. Custodial Warehouse: Demo and dispose of the building to the concrete slab in its entirety, Demo all existing HVAC equipment, Demo all the remaining IT equipment in and around the building, Demo all existing electrical equipment interior and exterior, Disconnect existing electrical feeds from the main panel and distribution panel. remove leads from panel to panel, and Remove scrubs at the existing site. The building is located in the Cox yard on the north/east side of campus adjacent to Lot 5A. The building is approximately 500 square feet. the building is presently vacant and has been remediated. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
