Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide inspection and cleaning services for all water storage tanks to the Public Works Services Department. Additional, as-needed minor repair services may also be requested by PWS Staff. The City currently has thirteen water storage tanks. The primary services required are to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior condition of these tanks and remove any Page 5 of 31 accumulated sediment, to be conducted while full and in service. Inspection and cleaning services for all of the City’s water storage tanks shall be completed as indicated in the following schedule.
