Work consists of a new building with a 396-seat auditorium and rooms for dance, choir, bank, practice, and associated support spaces. 2. Project will comply with CBC 2019 code requirements. Sustainability features will comply with California Green Building Standards Code. LEED certification is not required. 3. Demolition of existing structures, subsurface utilities, and removal of vegetation not required. 4. Clearing, excavating, grading, erosion control, and compacting of site within limits of work. 5. Off-site street modifications, including sidewalks, curbs, and paving. 6. Site improvements including paving, curbs, markings, landscaping and irrigation, drainage, signage, and utilities. B. Work includes materials, labor, services, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform the work as indicated on the Contract Drawings, in these Specifications, and as necessary to complete the Contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
