The Project consists of removing and replacing the existing asphalt paving within the Visalia Courthouse parking lots and surrounding streets. The project will also contain a base bid with multiple add alternates. The basis of the award will be the base bid. The successful Bidder shall possess a Class “A” California Contractor's License at the time the bid is submitted and maintain that license until the Project is completed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
