In a 14' x 14' space located within a park and near the playground (exact location to be determined), remove existing turfgrass and regrade area, performing any necessary excavation to ensure concrete pad is level and plumb. Pour concrete pad and install a single-tier 24-gauge steel shelter having a powder coat finish. (See attched pdf for image of tyoe of shelter required). Protection and care must be taken for all grass, sprinkler systems, sidewalks, parking lot and lights in the area. The concrete pad must have proper water drainage. All debris must be removed. Because the job site is located within the City of Centennial, CO any and all necessary permits must be obtained.
