The City of Colorado Springs is seeking a consultant to provide construction management and inspection services for the Cottonwood Creek Phase 2 project. The project involves repairing and stabilizing approximately 4,500 linear feet of Cottonwood Creek, including temporary water diversions, grading, riprap placement, sheet pile installation, sculpted concrete drop structures, storm sewer pipes and manholes, revegetation, and temporary irrigation systems. The project is partially funded by a FEMA grant and the City of Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise. The consultant will be responsible for providing construction management and inspection services to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
