Contractors shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services required for trash collection and single stream recycling for Utilities. Contractors shall maintain all applicable local, state, and federal licenses, permits, certifications, and required insurance. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, and any items and services necessary to fulfill the services defined in this SOW. The Contractor shall perform the requirements in this SOW, conform to professional standards identified in this contract, and follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified by this SOW. The Contractor shall provide pickup, transportation, and delivery of all refuse to the appropriate commercial landfill, all recyclable materials to an approved materials recovery center, and all compost to a State of Colorado certified composting facility. Disposal shall be at Utilities-approved licensed sites in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
