The Project generally consists of the following work elements: A. Roadway Improvements, consisting of Full Depth Reclamation, Hot Mix Asphalt and Concrete. B. Curb and Gutter, Concrete Curb Ramps, Sidewalks. C. Minor intersection improvements with new signal poles and span wires. D. Lighting improvements. E. Utility installation that includes Potable Water main. F. A permanent drainage conveyance system including Storm Sewer, Inlets, Manholes, and Water Quality Vaults. G. Temporary Erosion Control protection. H. Utility Adjustments and Relocations. I. Property Restoration, Landscaping, and Irrigation J. Signing and Striping. K. Construction Phasing and Traffic Control, to include pedestrian and bicycle traffic. L. Maintenance of the project site. M. Reconstruction of a 750-foot section of roadway over an abandoned landfill between Astrozon Blvd and Hancock Expwy that has existing low mobility grout piers (LMGP) placed to support this section of roadway.
