Remove and replacement of Ice Bank #1 only, including interior and exterior installation options. o Provide engineering/architectural drawings for any structural changes to the building, grounds and cooling systems. o Include all re-piping, insulation, and additional glycol required to maintain 30% propylene glycol/70% water. o Include modifications, changes to the existing Niagara based building automated system (BAS). o Proposal shall include all pertinent data for all new/replacement components. o Include all removal and haul-off of the existing Ice Bank #1, cooling tower and all other removed equipment, parts, refuse from the jobsite. o Respondent shall reference additional documents titled Exhibit 5 – PPRBD Building Drawings, Exhibit 6 – PPRBD Ice Bank Cut Sheets, Exhibit 7 – PPRBD Ice Bank Pics, and Exhibit 8 – PPRBD Cooling Tower Pics. o Respondent will require a crane to unload the existing equipment and install the new equipment. Bonds required.
