The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required information to submit a statement of Qualifications and Interest (RFQ&I) for the Replacement of a Nine Mile Raw Water Line, which starts from the intake on the Florida River to the Durango water treatment plant. The existing pipeline is more than 70 years old and ranges in diameter from 12” to 24”. It is comprised of several different types of materials. This line is a gravity-fed raw water transmission line to the city's reservoir. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
