This contract will serve as a supplemental agreement to an existing painting and cleaning contract. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation. Services will be performed on vacant residential units, which may include single-family homes, duplexes, and multi-family buildings. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
