The base bid utility work is comprised of traditional "open cut" methodology to install roughly 1800 LF of 21" PS115 PVC Gravity Sewer Pipe. Work includes installation of Sanitary Sewer Manholes, replacement of existing service lines, and other appurtenances as more specifically defined herein. The base bid surface restoration are comprised of asphalt mill and overlay, full depth asphalt removal and replacement, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement as well as restoration to existing landscaping and plantings, as impacted by utility installations. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances; provide all construction equipment and tools; and perform all necessary labor and supervision. Alternates include utility installation and additional surface restoration for the area shown on the contract drawings along Indian Trails Drive. Bonds required.
