The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS), on behalf of the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS), is seeking a General Contractor with an Architect/Engineer firm licensed to perform work in the District of Columbia to develop any and all necessary Permit drawings and Cost Estimates and to provide the Furnish & Installation of a Generator system and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) system at eight Engine Houses in Washington, DC. Only contractors that are certified by the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) as a SBE are eligible. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
