The new FEMS and OSSE Fleet Facility will be located at 6 DC Village Lane SW, Washington, DC 20032. The Project includes construction services for the following: •FEMS Fleet Maintenance Facility •FEMS Logistics Warehouse Facility •FEMS Heated Storage and Ready Reserve Facility •FEMS and OSSE Fuel Station •OSSE Parking Structure 7OSSE Administrative Building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
