The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS), on behalf of District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), is seeking a highly qualified design-builder to furnish all professional design services, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to develop stamped, permittable construction documents, acquire permits and construct per the approved documents for the Excel Academy Playgrounds Replacement. The goal of the Project is to design and install early childhood education (ECE) and 5-12 playgrounds to better serve the school and students, including new play equipment, seating, shade structures, signage, and hardscaping.
